We are now seeking a Compliance & Safety Manager to join us at our Farnborough Facility. The main purpose of this position is the overall management, development and oversight of the Compliance and Safety systems for Vista’s EASA Part 145 acting as the nominated person for safety for Vista Aircraft Maintenance. This is a highly fulfilling role where the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation maintains the necessary compliance and relevant approvals within part145. The role is also responsible for the development, administration, and maintenance of the SMS Your Responsibilities

Management of all internal and external audits, including hosting and supporting clients and regulatory bodies, timely completion of the audit schedule and adequate and appropriate closure of audit findings in respect to root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions. Management and control of the issue of internal authorisation certificates, ensuring renewal and cancellation as appropriate for authorised engineers and flight crew. Confirm employees have mandatory training as required for their role. Management of the organisation’s Part 145 Compliant Safety Management System including management of reporting, investigation and ownership of the company risk registers. Ensure that all mandatory reportable occurrences and accidents relating to aviation safety and Health and Safety are reported in accordance with the relevant legislation. Ensure all processes, procedures, local instructions and forms in respect to compliance and safety are documented and up to date. Production and presentation of statistics related to safety and compliance with appropriate presentation methods. Produce and publish internal Safety and Compliance promotion material. Development and delivery of training related to Compliance and Safety Topics. Promotion of a ‘Just’ culture, adherence to company health & safety policies and reporting of all incidences through the company safety management system. Acts as a credible role model for Compliance and Safety across the business. Any other reasonable request from management in line with the Compliance and Safety Manager role. Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Able to meet all of the requirements for EASA Part 145 AMC1 145.A.30(cc) Formal Training in Part 145 Auditor Qualification Safety Management System Training Current HF, EWIS and FTS Qualifications.
