Business Development Manager

to drive sales opportunities to ensure our continued success providing automated fare collection solutions to the public transport sector.

Our UK headquarters are based in Poole, Dorset, close to stunning beaches, a natural harbour, and the Jurassic Coast. With excellent public transport links and close proximity to Bournemouth and Southampton airports.

Key Responsibilities

Build strategic relationships within the public transport sector, including UK bus operators, stakeholders, and integration partners. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to exceed targets. Manage existing key accounts and visit customers to build relationships and gather market/product intelligence. Attend industry events to showcase our products and services. Maintain awareness of fare collection systems and report market insights. Lead the collation of hardware and software requirements & system architecture materials for customer proposals, including responses to public tenders. Support marketing initiatives, including campaigns and content creation. Ensure internal governance compliance and maintain CRM records. Contribute to continuous improvement of our products and services. Foster collaboration internally to enhance market awareness and team spirit. Ideally You Will Have

Degree-level education in a relevant field with experience in engineering or project delivery. Proven success in complex B2B technology sales and business development. Expertise in CRM and tender processes. Familiarity with public transport systems, particularly fare collection. Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Valid UK driving licence. What We Offer You
