Associate Production Manager Onsite - Cheltenham Salary:

Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager and working with the Leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a variety of assembly, Test, and Pack production areas. Working together to ensure efficient delivery of production plans to meet our customer needs. Focusing on identifying and supporting improvement opportunities in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and people metrics. Key Responsibilities

Drive teams adherence to Safety, Quality, and overall company standards. Optimise labour to ensure maximum productivity and team efficiency. Liaise and coordinate with supporting functions to escalate issues and support with root cause fixes. Set a positive example of conduct, attitude, and behaviour adhering to company policy, procedures, and standards. Motivate the team creating a high-performance culture where improvement suggestions are embraced. Work proactively with support functions to improve processes/procedures/controls relevant to team activities. Proactively manage varied first-level HR issues including absence. Skills/Requirements

Proven history of leading, coaching, and motivating individuals and teams. Strong communication skills, able to clearly verbalise ideas and action plans. Computer literate - Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of ERP/SAP systems. History of working in a high-volume low complexity and low volume high complexity assemble test and pack environment. Basic understanding of financial operating costs. Strong analytical skills, able to identify opportunities that improve SQDCP metrics. Able to achieve results by setting high standards and committing to clear objectives. Ability to show resilience and a flexible approach. We can offer you a lot in return!
