JJ Foodservice is looking for a passionate and friendly QHSE Administrator to be a part of our fast-paced QHSE Team by taking a proactive approach.
The perfect candidate will ensure compliance with the company's Health & Safety, Quality, Food Safety, and Environmental policies while having the ability to deal with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a salary of £26,000 per annum.

You will be responsible for: Promoting and supporting a continuous improvement based on Food Safety and Quality culture across all our sites. Conducting site inspections/audits, generating detailed reports for management review, and ensuring compliance with company, HSE, and Quality standards. Managing administrative duties related to customer complaints, accident reports, Halal certification, training needs/records, investigation minutes, and supplier information, ensuring records are accurate and updated. Evaluating and inspecting new products to ensure adherence to customer specifications and regulatory standards. Analyzing product and process non-conformances, providing recommendations for corrective actions, including necessary modifications. We need: An honours degree in Food Science, Life Science, Health & Safety, or a closely related field, and/or a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a comparable role. A people-focused individual who is passionate about safety culture and behaviours. Ability to query and analyze data. Thoroughness and accuracy in all duties. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel. Proactive problem-solving capability, acting decisively. Effective management of multiple projects simultaneously. Authoritative decision-making after appropriate consideration. Effective priority determination and resource allocation. Clear and impactful communication skills, both verbal and written.
