Who we are seeking A dynamic Senior Residential Child Care Worker, who shares our values and who wants to make a difference. We are looking for applicants who understand the challenges of working in a secure residential care and will strive to achieve the very best outcomes for young people alongside our multi-agency colleagues based in the Centre. You will need to have extensive experience of working with vulnerable adolescents, who have complex needs, have often experienced childhood trauma, and may present as high risk. You will need to be highly motivated, with a strong childcare background with the ability to effectively lead and inspire staff through the provision of strong, forward-thinking and values-based leadership. You will have a high degree of interpersonal skills to work effectively across the centre, wider organisations and external partner agencies.
