Job Description Based in the Sales team at Pine Lake Resort, Carnforth, this position involves calling clients and existing Club members to offer them a member update (Tours). Members are called prior to their arrival at resort or offered Video Conferencing updates at their home or work location. The position is also responsible for entering information regarding booked tours into CLARITY, a CRM system. The position also calls members prior to their appointment to confirm the tour and may be asked to work as a concierge on-site to generate tours. The role requires the successful candidate to work 40 hours a week, 5 days over 7, which may include weekends and bank holidays. Job Duties include:
Making outbound calls through a dialer and/or list provided by the company and receiving inbound calls based on multiple marketing channels. The executive offers qualified owners, members, and prospects different incentives in exchange for attendance at a Timeshare Sales Presentation. Promoting marketing packages and engaging in on-site marketing activity on resort. Multi-tasking, following the guidelines and qualifications of different programs while adhering to a branded script when making outbound calls or taking inbound calls from members or prospective members. Maintaining professionalism when interacting with team members, management, as well as members and prospective members. Establishing and maintaining familiarity with each package and location offered, systems and processes utilized, and company and departmental guidelines. Complying with company guidelines for solicitation, including script adherence in telephone communications. Adhering to company guidelines related to solicitation, telephone communications, and the Do Not Call list. Qualifications:
The successful candidate will: Establish and maintain familiarity with all programs, systems, and resorts. Maintain production standards following the first initial 30 days after training is completed within the department, ensuring not to exceed a 30% cancellation rate for the month. Be responsible for maintaining a telephone call stat of 80% or greater connection time. Average 100 calls per day (outbound and inbound). Maintain a minimum monthly budget VPG of £800 on all tours. Consistently apply training received on computer programs, including but not limited to Clarity, Grand Central, i3, and Microsoft Office Suite. Be flexible with the required schedule to perform essential tasks. Collect deposits as needed for packages and upgrades. Maintain open and honest communication with leadership. Maintain a professional appearance and organized workspace. Attend and/or complete all required meetings, trainings, and webinars as instructed by management. Complete all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned. Adhere to Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures. Whilst previous experience in a similar role isn’t essential, we are looking for highly self-motivated individuals with an inner competitiveness, as well as having: Excellent and effective communication skills. Excellent telephone and customer relation skills, being friendly and having an outgoing personality. An ability to follow scripts. Excellent telephone etiquette and customer relation skills.
