Supply Chain Programme Lead

Up to 15% bonus, strong pension scheme, private healthcare What You’ll Be Doing:

Acting as the primary interface between the Programme and Supply Chain teams. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and operational supply chain objectives. Overseeing supplier management, warehousing, planning, and asset management activities. Driving continuous improvement and contract performance to ensure programme success. Managing risks, opportunities, and performance reporting for the supply chain. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including global teams. What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, ideally within dynamic, global environments. Skills:

Proven leadership in matrix organisations, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams. Qualifications:

MCIPS preferred, a university degree is advantageous. Desirable:

Experience with UK Government contracts and active UK security clearance. Why Join?
