HSE Improvement Specialist This role requires a Full UK driving licence with regular travel to branches in and around the South West. What will you do?

To provide agreed HSE improvement activity support to the Head of HSE to deliver the business’ HSE Annual Operating Plan. Accountabilities:

Identify and design continual improvement programmes with the Head of HSE. Drive improvement programmes based on business unit specific needs, including: Workplace transport & MHE Product storage and handling Out-of-branch activities including Load Security & Driver Safety Support colleague-led HSE forums and complete HSE related projects. Assist the Distribution Centre management team in improving HSE culture and performance. Implement agreed HSE improvement programmes and oversee measures of success. Support BU leaders in higher risk branches with action plans for Safety Excellence. Analyze HSE data streams for insights to reduce risk and improve safety. Assist in resolving complex HSE problems escalated by the lead HSE Advisor. Support business leaders in achieving standards for Incident Review Boards. What’s in it for you?
