Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of high-end residential properties, ensuring they are always in top condition. Coordination:
Instruct and supervise tradespeople and maintenance services as needed, ensuring all work meets the required standards. Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records using mobile phones, PCs, and digital cameras to gather, store, and process information. Preventive Maintenance:
Ensure a proactive approach to maintenance, upholding high standards of workmanship to prevent issues before they arise. Experience & Skills Required: Trade Background:
Prior experience in property maintenance, ideally from a trade background. Multi-skilled:
Ability to handle multiple trades, with strong problem-solving skills. Independent Worker:
Comfortable working alone, with excellent time management and self-motivation. Tool Proficiency:
Experience with power tools and garden equipment. Customer Focus:
Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Driving License:
Must hold a full driving license and have a vehicle. Tools:
Possession of hand tools is required, and power tools are highly desirable. Flexibility:
