Provide individual or small group support to students who need additional help. Encourage and inspire students to achieve their full potential. Participate in and lead extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall development of the school community. Requirements: A degree in any discipline, preferably with a focus on education or a related field. A passion for working with children and a desire to pursue a career in education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
