Physiotherapy Clinical Specialist, Therapy Clinical Team Leader ACCOUNTABLE TO:

Therapy Specialty Lead MSK and Therapy Head of Service We have exciting vacancies for static Band 5 Physiotherapist to join our 3 Musculoskeletal Out-patients teams. The posts will be based in one of our out-patient teams (Leicester Royal Infirmary, Leicester General Hospital, Glenfield Hospital) and the post holders will be able to rotate within the teams on a yearly basis. Please be aware that the interviews for this post involve a practical assessment of clinical reasoning. For this reason we are unlikely to consider a virtual interview. Please consider this before your application. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, carrying out assessments, treatments and interventions. You will demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills, be able to work on your own and within a team. You will receive regular clinical reasoning, appraisal and will benefit from a comprehensive induction. We have a robust in-service training programme to enhance knowledge and skills and you will be expected to take an active role in your continuous personal development. The Out-patients team comprises of: Extended Scope Practitioners Clinical Specialist Physiotherapists Senior MSK Physiotherapists Rotational and Static Band 5 Physiotherapists Technical Instructors and Physiotherapy Assistants You will also participate in the weekend rosters working on inpatient orthopaedics.
