Could you be our new Head Vet? Are you looking for the next step in your career? Are you passionate about developing a team to deliver superior client and clinical care? We have exciting times ahead and would like you to come and help lead the way! We are looking for a confident experienced Vet, who has a passion for mentoring and leadership and a drive for implementing ongoing improvement and effective processes that will enable our practice to grow. This could be a step up for you and a brilliant opportunity to lead and nurture a friendly, close-knit team or you may have already been in a similar role. You will have autonomy, arrange Vet meetings and clinical audits, with all the admin supported by your Practice Manager. Our aim is to deliver exceptional customer care to our local loyal clients. You will have a mix of ops and consult days; you choose! Our practice is situated in the market town of Aylsham, close to the north Norfolk coasts and a short drive away to Norwich City. This position will be up to 40 hours per week (negotiable), with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
