The Role: As a

Registered Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing staff, ensuring effective and suitable delegation of tasks. Responsibilities: Manage labour costs and staffing structures. Develop intervention strategies for behaviour management. Facilitate timely meetings and reviews. Implement individual care plans. Ensure compliance with policies and legislation. Provide support agency information. Foster an open culture for children. Manage administrative tasks promptly. Coordinate and edit reports. Deliver staff supervision and development plans. Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team. Requirements: Previously worked as a Registered Manager or in a similar role. Experience working in residential settings with young people. GCSE level education or equivalent. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People. NVQ level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent. NVQ level 4 in Management (CMS, DMS) or working towards it. Hold professional care qualification, including DipSW, CMS, CQSW, and Registered Manager's certification.
