At DH People Solutions, part of the UK Driverhire group, we are seeking a talented and motivated Semi-Senior Accountant on behalf of our client in a modern dynamic Central Coventry office.
Role start:
August 2024 If you are a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) with 5 years of experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary communicator with clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Review payrolls and pensions prepared by junior staff to ensure accuracy. Potentially review VAT returns and Year-End financials in the near future. Assist clients with technical inquiries and ensure tasks are completed promptly. Distribute workload among the team to meet deadlines. Provide technical support to the team, helping them meet their deadlines. Monitor team performance to ensure successful output. Conduct self-assessments as assigned. Onboard new clients effectively. Support both the team and management as needed. Requirements:
5 years of job experience in accounting. Part or Fully Qualified accountant (Preferred). Experience leading a small team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines. What's on offer:
