Providing Maintenance support for site facilities and machinery Maximise the uptime through TPM schedule and reactive breakdown situations Efficient response to breakdowns ensuring minimum downtime Organising and administering the spares stock whilst minimising costs Active participation in continuous improvement initiatives; machine operation, processes, and procedures Provide technical support to the production and engineering staff within the operation Ensure that H&S and Quality Management Systems are adhered to Qualifications:
Have a relevant Electrical/Mechanical engineering qualification (HND/HNC) Have completed training in line with the IEE Wiring Regulations (17th or 18th edition) Be experienced with pneumatic and hydraulic systems Ideally have experience with PLC automation Ideally have experience with ABB robotics Ideally have an understanding of COSHH and 5S Have a proactive work ethic and self-motivation to drive continuous improvement On offer:
£41,632.50 per annum (£21.35 per hour) Paid overtime available, anything above 37.5 hours per week Monday – Sunday at 1.2x basic rate Annual bonus scheme – usually £2K Working a weekly rotating shift pattern: 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10:30pm (6:20pm Fridays) 33 days annual leave System training and career progression opportunities Based in Coventry, this role is commutable from Rugby, Nuneaton, Royal Leamington Spa, Solihull and all surrounding areas.
