Major Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our laser fabrication business in Nottingham.
Salary + Working Hours:
30,000 - 50,000+ per annum (negotiable depending on skill set and experience) + Commission Structure (DOE)
Monday to Friday - 07:30 - 16:00
Key Responsibilities:
Use CRM systems to manage and track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline development.
Maintain and grow existing client accounts by building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
Experience in selling fabrication, metal, or laser business is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
