New On-going Temporary Position in East Grinstead for a Credit Controller.
Job Description
Monitor and manage the company's credit accounts, ensuring timely payments and minimising overdue balances.
Proactively follow up with clients on outstanding payments through phone calls, emails, and letters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient payment process.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the credit control process.
The Successful Applicant
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks effectively, ensuring accuracy in all work.
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in [specific software, e.g., Excel, accounting software].
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to work independently.
May be working towards an accountancy degree.
