The Head of Operations and Architecture will lead the technology operations and architecture function, providing strategic direction and leadership to the team. You will ensure that the infrastructure, whether cloud-based or on-premises, is fit for purpose and delivers the required business outcomes, allowing the Digital Services and the council to run effectively.
