Job Description
One of the most renowned Print & Packaging Groups is looking for an outstanding candidate to fill a key position within the organisation. This £150m plus award-winning company needs someone who is innovative and can bring fresh ideas to further improve its highly reputable image. The selected candidate will own and drive delivery of the business plan to maximise value for shareholders while aligning with the company’s objectives. Working alongside the CFO and relevant Board Directors, you will oversee the annual budgeting process, ensure appropriate governance systems are in place including financial and non-financial risk management, review and set appropriate KPIs to monitor and report business performance to stakeholders, and work with external advisers, including financiers, bankers, and lawyers. As one of the leading players in its field, this firm works with some of the world’s biggest brands. Therefore, they need someone with extensive experience working in a high-pressure environment – a natural entrepreneur who is personable and sustainable. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate a wealth of operational success at the executive level and show tangible quality outcomes.
