What You’ll Be Doing As a Procurement Category Lead, you'll play a crucial role in driving our procurement strategy. You'll be responsible for optimising our supply chain, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products and services. Key Responsibilities:

Category Strategy Development: Developing and implementing category strategies that align with our business objectives. Sourcing & Supplier Management: Leading end-to-end sourcing processes, building strong supplier relationships, and negotiating favourable terms. Cost Optimisation: Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to improve efficiency. Contract Management: Ensuring contracts are robust, enforceable, and compliant. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various teams to align procurement goals with broader business objectives. Risk Management & Compliance: Mitigating supply chain risks and ensuring adherence to industry regulations. You'll be a great addition to the team if you:

Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Indirect procurement category management, preferably in the IT/Technology sector. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. More about you:
