Having a number of live sites across Devon, the company is actively looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team to support a Senior Surveyor whilst developing your own experience and career on an exciting new residential development in the area. As the Assistant QS on site, you will be required to undertake commercial duties for the scheme including procurement, measurements, agreeing payments, assisting with final accounts and reporting. Applicants should possess:
Previous experience in a Commercial Assistant/Trainee OR Assistant Quantity Surveying role Construction related experience - Any sector Excellent communication and numeracy skills A good understanding and general interest in construction A min HNC level qualification in Construction or related subject A desire to build on your experience and progress Fully IT literate Sites are located in and around the Exeter area, and down to Plymouth and surrounding.
