SHEQ Manager - Packaging Position Overview

Operates in a safe way and complies with the appropriate Health & Safety legislation in all areas of its activities. Conducts appropriate staff inductions and training to allow for safe and competent working, providing a safe, well-maintained environment for our team and any contractors or visitors. Adheres to, improves, and exceeds requirements of all current and future accreditations that we hold such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, BRCGS, SEDEX, FSC, Eco Vadis, etc. Regular Health & Safety reviews and process updates in line with legislation and company policy. Completion of all audits - regulatory and customer audits. Providing audit training internally and facilitating internal audits. Completion of customer data requests and compliance requests. Compliance with all legislation related to running a manufacturing site e.g., licenses to operate machinery, vehicles, maintenance of the physical site.

SHEQ Manager - Packaging Position Requirements

A thorough knowledge of a manufacturing environment; knowledge of the print and packaging sector would be highly beneficial. A thorough understanding of Health & Safety requirements for a manufacturing facility, including current qualifications and certifications for a Health & Safety manager. Good team working, organizational, and communication skills, understanding not only the requirements of the SHEQ department but also the wider business. Ability to demonstrate problem solving in a logical, repeatable way. Ability to demonstrate multi-tasking capabilities and prioritization of tasks. A calm approach and a desire to be part of a successful and progressive team.

SHEQ Manager - Packaging Position Remuneration
