Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company. KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents, offering challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects. We are seeking Project Procurement Managers with a background in facilities management or construction, ideally with CAPEX experience, to support a new Saudi-based project. Candidates must have a minimum of ten years of related project experience, including client-facing and supplier exposure, as well as experience with tenders, RFPs, construction capital, and professional services. Candidates should have the experience and ability to handle 4 - 6 packages. This is a fast-paced project requiring candidates to be skilled in negotiation and report writing. Candidates will work in the UK from Sunday to Thursday, following Saudi hours (8 hours a day), with very occasional fully expensed business trips to Saudi Arabia. An attractive rate is on offer. The role offers hybrid working and is deemed to be outside of IR35, subject to Qdos. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
