Our client has a small but well-integrated team, and there is a space available for a Lead BIM Coordinator to assist with everything Revit, MEP, and BIM in their Croydon office.
You will be overseeing the daily operations and utilising a small team that collaborates on RIBA stage 5-6 MEP projects. Ongoing assistance and direction will be provided by senior members of the team.

Permanent role on salary, salary negotiable DOE but will be competitive. Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Revit. Minimum 2 years’ experience coordinating MEP Services. Experience of BIM implementation during the RIBA Plan of Work stages 5-6. Experience digesting MEP Stage 4 design information (layout drawings, schematics, specifications & schedules). Experience digesting BIM documentation (Execution Plans, Model Production & Delivery Tables, Information Management Plans, and Asset Information Requirements, etc). Experience attending BIM meetings and coordination workshops. Experience raising RFIs (requests for information). Experience using Navisworks, AutoCAD & Fabrication within Revit. Within commutable distance of East Croydon Station. Strong work ethic, inquisitive, team player. Right to work in the UK. Preferred Qualifications
Degree, HNC/HND, or other relevant higher education qualification in construction/mechanical/electrical engineering/project management or similar. Experience working at an M&E contractor. Experience being based on site. CSCS card. Benefits
