They also manage and work with our warehouse and delivery teams. Our Transport Supervisors ensure that our day-to-day warehouse operation always runs effectively and that the warehouse achieves its objectives and KPI’s set out by the business. You will provide support to the warehouse making sure that everything runs smoothly, and the company operates with full compliance. Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift pattern Start/Finish time: 6am-6pm Location: Weston Road, Crewe, Cheshire CW1 6BF Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing You will: Stay up to date with legal requirements Strong ability to manage and motivate individuals Adhere to HR processes and procedures, including investigations and disciplinary meetings Set clear expectations for drivers and proactively address any concerns Oversee daily tasks and ensure proper delegation Update and manage daily and weekly reports A Few Things About You Possess a solid understanding of transport legislation. Be able to navigate potential vehicle issues or damages. Be a problem solver and make key decisions. Have strong communication skills both verbally and written.
