As a Registered Manager, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a children's home, ensuring that every child receives the care, support, and nurturing they need to thrive. Your leadership will create a warm, safe, and joyful environment where children feel valued and empowered. What We're Looking For:

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience managing a residential home for looked-after children and young people. Qualifications:

A Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent, or currently working towards) in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. Expertise:

Sound knowledge of the Children's Home Regulations, Quality Standards, Care Standards Act, and the Children's Act. Passion:

A genuine commitment to providing outstanding care and enriching the lives of children and young people. Leadership Skills:

The ability to inspire, manage, and develop a team. Flexibility:

A proactive and adaptable approach, including occasional remote working opportunities for better work-life balance. What's on Offer?
