An exciting job role has recently become available with our team in Hounslow. They are looking for a new member for their Alcohol and Substance Misuse Team. Duties/Requirements: Providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse. Managing referrals into the service, completing triage assessments, and providing appropriate harm reduction advice. Developing plans with clients to help them get their lives back to where they want them to be. Experience: Experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist settings, ideally with those experiencing homelessness. ONC/NVQ level 3 or be willing to achieve this within 12 months. UK driving license. Additional Benefits: High rates of pay. Ongoing contracts (until minimum March 2025). Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. Twice weekly payroll. Free DBS and compliance service. Access to exclusive roles that aren’t available from other agencies.
