The Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor As a

Senior Quantity Surveyor , you will take on a key role in the delivery of both project and professional services for a wide variety of public and private sector clients. You will work on schemes ranging in value from £500k to £30m, across sectors such as healthcare, education, infrastructure, and commercial. Your responsibilities will include: Cost estimating and procurement. Tendering and contract management using JCT forms of contract. Measurement to NRM2 standards. Financial control, valuations, and risk management. Project reporting and mentoring junior team members. You'll report directly to the Partner Quantity Surveyors and assist in co-ordinating and supporting the training of Intermediate Surveyors within the team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the firm's further planned expansion into commercial work while progressing your own career within a supportive and forward-thinking consultancy. About You The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have: A RICS accredited degree qualification. Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy / PQS firm. Strong Pre and Post Contract experience. A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion, ideally £500k - £30m Ideally
