The Role We are seeking a highly ambitious recruitment professional to join our thriving Permanent Team, focused on developing and fostering long-term relationships with key clients and candidates in the professional services sector. This is a high-potential desk, based in our Belfast HQ (with hybrid working available) and should stand as the launch pad for any developing or established recruiter to take the next step to unparalleled earnings, exposure and stimulation in a key area of our business. You will enter into a 'warm' desk and hugely supportive and collaborative team of recruiters with strong, pre-existing relationships and an unrivalled candidate database. You will have an immediate opportunity to deliver significant fees on key appointments and, with that, the opportunity to put your own personal stamp on the sector as you develop things. This particular market presents a huge opportunity for a high gravitas individual to establish themselves as a key member of our highly successful recruitment team and achieve real career progression and unrivalled earnings. The Package Excellent base salary

A guaranteed OTE for a period (12 months) as you build your desk within VANRATH
