nGenium is currently recruiting for a leading business offering full support of High-performance Liquid Chromatography systems. Through continued growth, they have a new opportunity for an experienced HPLC Field Service Engineer to join their talented field service engineering team.

Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent service to clients. Service, maintain, and repair analytical instrumentation and electromechanical systems. Utilize expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a HPLC Field Service Engineer. Experience troubleshooting, servicing, and maintaining HPLCs from a range of manufacturers. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. Electrical/Electronic or scientific education background.
