The Role
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer with a background in construction, property maintenance, or facilities management. In this hands-on role, you will confidently manage a variety of tasks, including repairing, maintaining, and upgrading existing buildings, as well as contributing to the construction of new projects.
Responsibilities include:
Fitting and repairing internal fixtures such as doors, windows, kitchens, and plumbing / sanitary ware. Carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks, including basic electrics, plumbing and carpentry. Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards while adhering to project deadlines. Assisting with site setups and preparing spaces for new builds.
Key qualities we're looking for include:
Hands-on experience and the ability to work independently on a range of construction and maintenance tasks. The ability to work safely and effectively under varying weather conditions. Physical fitness to handle tasks that may involve lifting and maneuvering large components.
