£35,000 - £40,000 + Days-based + Overtime + Training + Progression + Benefits Do you have Factory Supervisory and Welding experience looking to take a step up in your career through the autonomous lead of a modern, busy and fully equipped workshop? On offer is a varied position within the business where you will be rewarded through continued training, great overtime rates and various benefits. The company is a multi-million pound manufacturer within the Oil and Gas sector. They have huge growth plans in place and existing development with large clients. This is a Monday - Friday days-based role with flexible hours. You will be responsible for overseeing a large and well-invested fabrication workshop. Your Welding capability will be occasionally required in a highly-varied role. This role would suit a Factory / Workshop Supervisor who wants to continue progressing down the management role whilst taking a step off the tools. The Role:
