If so, we have the ideal role for you. A prominent organisation is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join their Financial Management Business Partnering Team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a significant impact by partnering with colleagues and acting as a trusted advisor to enhance financial management and planning. Key Responsibilities

Relationship Building:

Develop and influence relationships with stakeholders. Budgeting and Forecasting:

Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts. Management Accounts:

Compile monthly management accounts and analyse variances. Business Case Support:

Assist in creating business cases and providing appropriate challenges. As a trusted advisor, you’ll be encouraged to question the status quo, explore new ideas, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You should be able to offer and accept constructive feedback and always work with integrity. What You’ll Need

Experience in or the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Skills in preparing detailed budgets and forecasts. Competence in compiling monthly management accounts and explaining variances. Ability to support business case creation and provide appropriate challenges. A drive to support and develop junior team members.
