Prepare and assist with accurate monthly management accounts. Maintain month-end reconciliations, accounting schedules, procedures, and supporting documentation. Review coding, authorization, and posting of overhead invoices across multiple cost centers. Analyze monthly overhead spend versus budget. Perform bank reconciliations. Manage the sales ledger and raise ad-hoc invoices. Prepare monthly VAT returns. Support financial compliance with governance requirements. Produce accurate and up-to-date management information for company reports. Monitor and evaluate financial information systems (Financial Force), suggesting improvements as needed. Support year-end audit preparation and assist during statutory audits. Improve current finance processes and procedures, constantly seeking efficiencies. Support other finance activities and projects as required to meet business needs.
