Our client, a growing architectural practice based in Worthing, is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be working for a company that specializes in the design and delivery of a variety of projects predominantly within the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. The role will mainly comprise of working on various high-rise schemes across the South and London, primarily working on Stages 4/5 but also have the opportunity to run projects.

Residential experience would be highly advantageous as our client has a large portfolio & pipeline of exciting projects. Our client primarily uses Revit, so experience with the software is required. The successful Architectural Technologist will have the opportunity to develop their career in a busy, thriving atmosphere.

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview Work on large scale, complex projects Liaising with clients Produce technical details / drawings Working across projects at all RIBA stages Run projects Develop project briefs and work on these as the project progresses Going to site and producing various reports Use Revit to produce high-quality drawings

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements Minimum 5 years' relevant UK experience Highly motivated & strong work ethic Residential experience highly advantageous Strong technical ability Live within a commutable distance of Worthing Ability to help / mentor colleagues Revit knowledge
