to join a well-established provider of therapeutic services for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Location:

Tamworth, West Midlands Salary:

£50,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience) About the Role: As the

Registered Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a 2-bed EBD children's home, ensuring it meets and exceeds

Ofsted standards . You will lead and inspire your team to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where young people can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with

Ofsted regulations

and standards. Develop and implement tailored care plans to support the individual needs of young people. Manage, train, and motivate a dedicated team of care professionals. Promote a positive and therapeutic environment for children and staff. Take overall responsibility for safeguarding and child protection. Oversee budgets and ensure the effective management of resources. What We're Looking For: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare

(or equivalent). Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care. Strong knowledge of

Ofsted regulations

and a track record of achieving good or outstanding ratings. Excellent leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for improving the lives of vulnerable young people.
