We are recruiting for a Building Maintenance Engineer to work for our client in the Hounslow area. The role is an ongoing temporary position carrying out PPM work within commercial premises.
The ideal candidate will have:
A recognised electrical or mechanical qualification.
Experience in facilities maintenance / PPM work.
Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical building services.
You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of buildings (all commercial property). The duties will be varied and will include BMS monitoring, emergency light testing, AHU & FCU filter changes and cleaning, L8, chiller resets, etc.
The hours of work will be 8:45 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday - 36 hours per week.
