Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Lincoln, is seeking a Building Surveyor to join them on a long-term basis. They provide a range of services including architectural design, building surveying, project management, quantity surveying, maintenance, and health and safety.

Completing a range of Building Surveying duties including: Building maintenance advice Building condition surveys Preparation of specifications, schedules of work, and drawings for capital improvement works Contract administration including drafting of standard contract forms Manage works relevant to the party wall act Project management of annual capital programmes of work across multiple sites Build strong relationships with clients Minimum Requirements
MRICS is advantageous (not essential) Minimum of 3 years' experience BSc in Building Surveying Practical understanding of commercial property Ideally experience of working within the education sector Living within commuting distance of the Leicester area Full Driving licence Proficient user of AutoCAD and standard Microsoft packages Further details can be discussed as required.
