About the Team We are seeking a creative and highly organised Fundraising Support Officer to join our dedicated fundraising team. This role is integral to building and maintaining positive relationships with supporters and managing various fundraising initiatives. You will provide essential support to help grow our supporter base, manage donor communications, and deliver engaging fundraising campaigns. About the Role In this role you’ll have the opportunity to work on initiatives to support our much-loved heritage sites including the Roman Baths and the new Fashion Museum. You will build experience of delivering an accessible onsite and online giving strategy and supporting a major capital campaign. You’ll coordinate impactful and engaging communications with donors, keeping them informed, appreciated, and inspired by the progress their contributions make possible. In this role, you’ll take charge of collecting donations from on-site boxes, ensuring contactless units are up and running, and supporting innovative digital fundraising initiatives bringing our heritage work into the future through accessible online and contactless giving. About You Your passion for our charitable mission will shine through as you champion our purpose in every interaction, looking for ways to improve our outreach. You will help us open new doors by researching grant opportunities, assisting with applications, and creating impactful reports. Your keen eye for opportunities will help identify fresh fundraising ideas, keeping us connected to donors and inspiring new support.
