Lead DevOps , you will design and implement work. You will also communicate with relevant stakeholders and define and implement DevOps related best practices. Key responsibilities: Lead multidisciplinary agile squads for technical delivery. Build and deploy microservice applications following DevOps and 12 factor app principles. Work in a microservices ecosystem. Use Tools/Technologies such as AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitLab, Terraform, Ansible, Nginx, ELK, Prometheus. Use AWS services such as VPC, EC2, EBS, Route 53, AWS WAF, AWS ALB, ELB, Network ACLS, Security Groups, AWS KMS, S3 and any other relevant services. Use Code and Security Analysis tools like Blackduck, Checkmarx, SonarQube. Application & Infrastructure Monitoring using Prometheus and Grafana. Work on Log Management using ELK stack, Docker, Kubernetes and Rancher. Your Profile Key skills/knowledge/experience: Should have worked within large implementation and multi-disciplinary teams. Proven track record as a Senior DevOps engineer. Extensive experience working within teams involved in microservice development. Strong Docker/K8 Experience. Significant experience working in large-scale government programs with a proven track record. Strong hands-on expertise and should also have the ability to work independently. Multi-skilled across Linux, AWS, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, and Kubernetes for infrastructure. Should have experience in GitLab pipeline creation and well versed in Deep AWS concepts. Good to have: Demonstrate a collaborative and flexible working approach. Able to work with other Subject Matter Experts to ensure the service meets the needs of its users. Delivering transition, knowledge transfer and handover of code. A clear appreciation of the importance of technical documentation as a means of ensuring ongoing maintainability of systems.
