First point of contact for clients and employees both visiting and calling the office. Responsible for both incoming post distribution and outgoing post including franking and liaising with couriers. Preparation of standard client letters as required. Helping to organise staff and office events. Supporting the Office Manager with the management of building security and maintenance items. Undertake other duties such as maintaining stationery and general supplies orders, maintaining meeting rooms, and wider ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office. A self-motivated, flexible individual who can use their initiative. Experience in a similar role, or the ability to demonstrate a professional approach and organised style.
