An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Serious Injury Department based in North Wales. We are inviting applications from candidates with a minimum of 2 years PQE in Claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence. It is essential that applicants are confident in their ability to advocate to get the best possible outcomes for the client and have a thorough understanding of cost and Clinical Negligence.
Requirements:
Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Claimant Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Strong knowledge of personal injury legislation and procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage own caseload and work to tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in using case management systems and legal research tools. Key Responsibilities:
Managing a mixed caseload of Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury. Dealing with pre and post issue cases. Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of personal injury law. Conducting thorough investigations and gathering evidence to support claims. Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, schedule of loss and settlement agreements. Negotiating settlements with opposing parties and their legal representatives. Representing clients in court both in person and remotely. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and case law. Benefits:
