Consult with clients to understand their technology needs and provide recommendations. Promptly troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on issues. Manage and update cases in a ticketing system, ensuring quality communication with clients and the team. Document all completed work and train support staff on client systems. Requirements:
4+ years of Storage/Network experience from a Linux/UNIX perspective (SAN, iSCSI, networking issues) 3+ years of centralized authentication services (e.g., Centrify) 3+ years of experience with automation tools (e.g., Puppet/Ansible) preferred
