Key Responsibilities: Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' mental health and emotional well-being. Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. Administering and monitoring medications and treatments as prescribed. Providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions to residents and their families. Assisting in the management of challenging behaviours and de-escalation techniques. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care. Staying updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices. Requirements: Valid and active NMC Registration. 6 months proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with EMI expertise. Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathetic, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment. Attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
