We are looking for a dedicated Multi-Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join our engineering team within the FMCG Sector. You will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our production equipment, supporting both production and engineering functions while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure equipment reliability and performance. Diagnose and repair equipment faults with a high standard of technical skill. Optimize equipment performance to enhance product quality. Support and train operators and apprentices as needed. Collaborate with the project team on new equipment implementation. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience:
HNC or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering. Experience in a similar role within an FMCG environment, preferably in food or drink manufacturing. Proficiency in electrical fault finding, repair, and installation. Knowledge of PLCs, pneumatic systems, and industrial electrical systems. Basic IT skills and understanding of maintenance techniques. What We're Looking For:
