Social network you want to login/join with: Role Overview We are currently looking for a Senior Analytical Chemist to join a leading Testing company based in the Cambridge area. As the Senior Analytical Chemist, you will be responsible for assisting the team leader with people management responsibilities for the team on a daily basis. Key Duties and Responsibilities Highlighting to the Divisional Manager and/or Laboratory Director any significant issues or team accomplishments, maintaining the laboratory equipment in accordance with safety certification and operating manuals. Training and managing progress of lab technicians and junior analysts in the laboratory. To assist in resolving issues or questions, interact professionally with other departments and stakeholders. Preparing and testing samples using OES detectors, ICP, and GC. Role Requirements Relevant degree in a Chemistry related discipline. Proven industry experience in an Analytical Chemistry Laboratory. A working knowledge and practical experience with ICP, OES, and GC. Alongside experience within a CRO. Key Words: CRO, Pharmaceutical, Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, Gas Chromatography, OES, ICP.
