Your position This role is located at one of our key customer's state-of-the-art, fully automated warehouse and meat processing facility (non-slaughter). You'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining live equipment in a clean, food-grade environment, while adhering to our strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. You will be part of a highly motivated service team who, day to day focus on: Performing preventative and corrective maintenance. Diagnosing and resolving issues with automated systems. Using data analytics to improve system performance. Expanding your technical skills in automation. Offering technical support to our customer. Since this is a shift-based role, you'll work a 12-hour rotating roster of 4 days on, 4 days off. This will include shifts during days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, as outlined in your schedule. Skills and experience: The successful candidate will have the following: Trade qualification or Diploma, with 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Service Technician. Strong mechanical skills and aptitude. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience in logistics, postal sorting, baggage automated systems, or food handling facilities. What We Offer: Conveniently located in Truganina with onsite parking available.
