Lead Technical & Design Engineer - Valves - MC269845 Technical Engineering Manager required for a valve manufacturer based in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will be an experienced engineer ideally within valves. There is a small team you would be mentoring with the rest of the management team. This is for a smaller friendly open business. Position Overview:
Sizing valves Taking a lead in design engineering CAD skills The Valves Engineer will lead the design and manufacturing process and support the product development of self-acting pressure regulators and pilot-operated control valves Using Solid Edge Create and review valve specifications, calculations, and data sheets in a heavily regulated industry. Deliver project documentation and specifications with clients and colleagues to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance. Selecting and sourcing materials required for the construction of industrial products. Produce and maintain Engineering drawings and bill of materials to allow manufacture of components. Assisting with the implementation of the engineering document and component system Ensuring standards are met Customer Project Management Application Engineering Instrumentation Acting as a pivot between sales and engineering Position Requirements:
Experienced engineer with experience in valves or similar Position Remuneration:
