Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Truro area to join their team.

Working Hours:
Full time
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
Basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £75,000
Fixed geographical area to work in
Admin and Operational support including booked appointments and compliance

As a Residential Surveyor your role will involve:
Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys
Produce accurate property reports using market leading iPad technology
Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
Attend Regional meetings
Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:
Experience as a practising Surveyor
RICS Membership
VRS registered
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Technical expertise in Surveying
Ability to work in fast paced organisation
