Join Our Finance Team as a Treasury Manager at The Compleat Food Group! We are very excited to announce a fantastic opportunity within our Finance department. Based at our site in Nottingham, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Treasury Manager to join our esteemed team, on a full time, permanent basis. You will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial assets and liabilities to ensure liquidity, minimise financial risk, and optimise returns. You will also be responsible for overseeing the organisation's cash management, funding, and financial risk management practices. Working Hours: The working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 17:00, and Fridays 8.30am – 4pm! Your Duties Will Include: Review day to day cash management activities, through weekly reviews of postings, and bank reconciliations. Review the 13 week rolling cash forecast prepared by the Treasury Analyst. Ensure cash balances are managed to agreed forecasts. Prepare monthly cashflow for review by Senior Group Accountant, understanding impact of cash transactions on wider cashflow and financial accounts. Maintain short, medium and long term funding forecasts. Own the Supply Chain Finance process relationships ensuring regular relationship management is undertaken and the most efficient and cost effective supply chain finance is in place. Ensure strategy is executed at an operational level. Lead the Treasury team, developing both their technical and soft skills, and support them through their qualifications. Manage the Team’s workload and ensure requirements are met. Your Skills and Experience: Qualified accountant with understanding of banking and cash flow forecasting. Analytical and problem solving. Advanced excel skills. Ability to work at pace with a demanding workload including prioritisation skills and balancing pace with accuracy.
